    Struggle Care: by KC Davis. This podcast provides self-care tips for adults living with ADHD.

    Foster & Adoptive Coalition: Provides support for foster parents, foster youth, and adoption care and protocols.

    Angela Tucker: a leader in the research and discussions of adoption, race and identity. She has written many books and even made a film about finding her own birth family.

    STL Diaper Bank: Operates at all STL City and County libraries

    Potty Training 101: Register at slcl.org/events

    Dolly Parton's Imagination Library: All children will get one book a month until their 5th birthday

    STL Crisis Nursery: On Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00-2:00, they give out diapers, wipes, and formula. They just need to call the location they plan on going to beforehand

    The SPOT: health and social services, free for ages 13-24

    LSEM - Connecting Kids to Coverage: this program provides enrollment support for Medicaid and CHIP. Can help with: Applying for family MO HealthNet coverage, Tracking your MO HealthNet application., Application was denied, coverage was stopped, or a mistake was made.

    Affinia Healthcare WIC: Offers free healthy foods to families. Also operates womens healthcare clinics in the STL area that are low cost. Available for pregnant woman and children under 5

    Missouri Family Health Council / Beacon Reproductive health network Offers free and low income sexual and reproductive healthcare - including birch control, wellness exams, breast and cervical cancer screenings, STI & HIV screening & prevention, pregnancy test, preconception care, reproductive life planning, infertility services.

  • Housing/Utility Assistance

    Beyond Housing: current or future rent assistance and new homeownership assistance

    Guardian Angel Settlement Association: emergency rental and utility assistance; senior services; self-sufficiency education; a member-choice food pantry; and a clothing closet. Back to school, Thanksgiving and christmas programs as well

    Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program: helps seniors and low-income families with utility bills

    Heat up St. Louis: Utility financial assistance Utility budget and energy efficiency counseling Referrals for climate control related home repairs New homeowners' assistance

    Lutheran family and children's services MO: Adoption, Foster Care, Pregnancy Services, Parenting Education, Behavioral Health, and Child Development.

  • Food Assistance

    Near our office: 

    Focus Gateway City: 1901 Ann Ave, St. Louis, MO 63104 / Sundays from 4:30-5:30 PM on the 2nd through 21st of each month. Every Wednesday from 9 to 11 AM. On those Sundays, warm dinner is provided. On wednesdays, warm breakfast is provided.

    Third Baptist Church: 620 North Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63103 Registration runs from 8am - 10:30am on the 3rd Saturday of every month. Food distribution begins at 9am.

    The Salvation Army Food Pantry: 2740 Arsenal St. Monday 10-12 / Thursday 3-5 Must bring identification, proof of income, and proof of residency
