STL Crisis Nursery: On Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00-2:00, they give out diapers, wipes, and formula. They just need to call the location they plan on going to beforehand

Affinia Healthcare WIC: Offers free healthy foods to families. Also operates womens healthcare clinics in the STL area that are low cost. Available for pregnant woman and children under 5
Missouri Family Health Council / Beacon Reproductive health network: Offers free and low income sexual and reproductive healthcare - including birch control, wellness exams, breast and cervical cancer screenings, STI & HIV screening & prevention, pregnancy test, preconception care, reproductive life planning, infertility services.

Food Assistance
Near our office:
Focus Gateway City: 1901 Ann Ave, St. Louis, MO 63104 / Sundays from 4:30-5:30 PM on the 2nd through 21st of each month. Every Wednesday from 9 to 11 AM. On those Sundays, warm dinner is provided. On wednesdays, warm breakfast is provided.
Third Baptist Church: 620 North Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63103 Registration runs from 8am - 10:30am on the 3rd Saturday of every month. Food distribution begins at 9am.
The Salvation Army Food Pantry: 2740 Arsenal St. Monday 10-12 / Thursday 3-5 Must bring identification, proof of income, and proof of residency
