For Professionals

Clinical Consultation & Play Therapy Supervision in St. Louis, Missouri

You became a child therapist to make a difference. We’re here to help you do it better!

At Bud to Bloom, we believe professionals deserve support, too. Working with children and families is deeply meaningful work, but it can also feel isolating, overwhelming, and complicated at times. Whether you’re feeling stuck with a case, growing your play therapy skills, or working toward your RPT credential, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Jasmine Berger, LCSW and RPT-S offers clinical consultation and play therapy supervision for therapists, social workers, and helping professionals across St. Louis, St. Louis County, and virtually across Missouri and the United States.

Her approach is collaborative, relational, and rooted in curiosity. She’s not here to create mini versions of herself. She’s here to help you grow into the unique clinician you want to be.

Looking for Support with a Challenging Child or Family Case?

Sometimes a case stays with you long after a session ends.

Maybe you’re supporting a child with complex trauma. Maybe an adoptive family feels stuck in cycles of rupture and repair. Or, maybe you’ve tried intervention after intervention and still feel unsure about what’s going on beneath the behavior.

Consultation offers a space to slow down, think more deeply, and strengthen your case conceptualization.

Jasmine has spent the past 10 years working almost exclusively with children, families, trauma, attachment challenges, and play therapy. Her consultation style focuses on understanding the “why” beneath behaviors so treatment can feel intentional instead of reactive.

Consultation may be a good fit if:

  • You work with children or families in Missouri and want additional support

  • You’re looking for trauma-informed or attachment-focused guidance

  • You want help with treatment planning or case conceptualization

  • You’re navigating adoption-related concerns or complex family systems

  • You’re in private practice and miss having trusted colleagues to consult with

  • Your current supervisor isn’t trained in play therapy

  • You want support that goes deeper than simply trying interventions and hoping they work

Consultation services are available as one-time case consultations or ongoing support. Sessions are available virtually across the United States.

What Makes Jasmine’s Supervision Style Unique?

Great supervision should help you become more confident, not more dependent.

Jasmine’s supervision style is reflective, relational, and individualized. Just like we meet children where they are, supervision starts with where you are as a clinician.

In the beginning, that may look more like teaching, structure, and skill-building. As your confidence and competence grows, supervision often becomes more exploratory and collaborative. Jasmine asks reflective questions that help you think critically about your work, deepen your understanding of clients, and build trust in your own clinical instincts.

Jasmine’s goal isn’t for you to become a copy of her. Instead, the goal is for you to develop an authentic clinical style that fits who you are!

What Approaches and Trainings Inform Jasmine’s Work?

Jasmine’s supervision and consultation work is informed by extensive training and hands-on clinical experience with children, teens, and families.

Her training includes:

Why Consultation and Supervision Matter

Children don’t exist in isolation. Neither do their families, or therapists.

The work we do with children and families is layered, emotional, and deeply relational. Having a trusted space to process cases, ask questions, explore uncertainty, and strengthen your understanding can change not only your clinical work, but your sustainability in the field.

At Bud to Bloom, we believe supporting professionals is part of supporting children. When clinicians feel grounded and connected, families feel it, too.
