Professional Development for Therapists, Educators, and Child-Focused Professionals

Supporting the people who support children.

You became a child therapist, school counselor, social worker, or helping professional because you wanted to make a difference. But meaningful work with children takes more than good intentions. It takes specialized training, thoughtful support, practical tools, and a community that understands the work you carry every day.

At Bud to Bloom, we help professionals across St. Louis and the Midwest grow in confidence, deepen their clinical skills, and feel more supported in the work they love.

Whether you’re looking for APT-approved play therapy training, consultation, supervision, speaking presentations, or a career in a child-centered practice, we would love to walk alongside you.

Because therapists deserve the same compassion and support they give to others.

Practical Training For

The Work You Already Do

There’s a big difference between sitting through a training session and walking away while actually feeling equipped.

Our professional development experiences are designed to help you actually use what you learn—in your next session, your next classroom interaction, or your next tricky case consultation.

We specialize in:

Play Therapy with Children, Teens, and Families

Foster & Adoptive Youth

Early Childhood Mental Health

Caregiver Support & Burnout Prevention

Childhood Trauma

Big Behaviors & Regulation

Child and Family Relationships

Attachment

School-based Mental Health

Every workshop, consultation, and presentation is grounded in real clinical work with children and families.

We’re not teaching from theory alone. This is the work we love to do every day!

Consultation and Play Therapy Supervision

You shouldn’t have to figure out tricky cases alone. Whether you’re pursuing your RPT credential, feeling stuck with a case, or simply wanting a trusted place to think more deeply about your work, we offer supportive, relationship-centered consultation and supervision for Missouri clinicians.
Led by Jasmine Berger, supervision and consultation focus on:

  • Clinical confidence

  • Case conceptualization

  • Attachment and trauma-informed care

  • Play therapy skills

  • Individualized treatment planning

  • Reflective growth as a clinician

  • How to sustain yourself in this work

We believe great supervision should help you become more fully yourself as a therapist—not just teach you to copy someone else’s style.

Speaking & Presentations

Warm, engaging presentations that leave professionals feeling inspired and equipped.

Jasmine Berger offers speaking engagements, conference presentations, parent workshops, process groups, and professional development for schools, organizations, nonprofits, and clinical teams across Missouri, the Midwest, and the United States.
