Our clinicians enjoy the best of both worlds: building a flexible caseload and offering services beyond our office walls, supporting children and families throughout the community.

We’re currently hiring both part-time (min. 12 clients/week) and full-time (min. 21 clients/week) therapists to join our growing, close-knit team.

At Bud to Bloom, we deeply value the craft of therapy and are committed to helping our clinicians grow into confident, competent play therapists who deliver excellent work. We provide robust professional development, including:

• Training through our status as an APT-approved provider

*Weekly bonus structure for seeing minimum required sessions of 12 for part time  and 21 for full time work.

You’ll be part of a vibrant, collaborative, warm environment where learning is encouraged, creativity is celebrated, and the work feels meaningful and sustainable every day.
